Last updated: 18 June 2026
1. About us and these Terms
This website (the "Site") is operated by WEB MARKETING SYSTEM LTD ("HOT", "we", "us" or "our"), a company registered in England and Wales under number 09018864, with its registered office at 16 Whitehall, London SW1A 2DY, United Kingdom.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Site. In these Terms, "you" means the person or organisation accessing the Site. Please read them carefully; if you do not agree, you should not use the Site.
2. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using the Site you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. We recommend you save or print a copy for your records. We may ask you to confirm your acceptance when you submit a form on the Site.
3. Who may use the Site
The Site is intended for businesses and professionals acting in the course of their trade or profession, and for individuals aged 18 or over. By using the Site you confirm you have authority to act on behalf of any organisation you represent. The Site is not directed at consumers, although nothing in these Terms removes the mandatory legal protections available to you if you are a consumer (see "Governing law").
4. Our services and information — not a binding offer
The Site provides general information about HOT's marketing, technology and AI-driven growth services for information and lead-generation purposes only. The content of the Site does not constitute an offer, quotation, advice or a contractual commitment capable of acceptance, and using the Site does not create a client relationship. Any engagement for our services is subject to and governed by a separate written agreement between us. We may change or update the information on the Site at any time.
5. Licence and acceptable use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access and use the Site and to view, cache and print pages for your own legitimate business use. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. You agree not to:
- use the Site in any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful way;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers or any connected system;
- introduce malware or otherwise interfere with the proper working of the Site;
- use any automated means (scraping, crawling, harvesting) to extract data from the Site, or collect personal data from the Site for marketing;
- copy, reproduce, frame, republish or exploit any part of the Site except as permitted by these Terms.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, design, layout, code, and the HOT and WEB MARKETING SYSTEM names and marks — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws. We also reserve all rights in our methodologies, case studies and any AI-generated outputs displayed on the Site. You may not use any of this content without our prior written permission.
7. Your submissions
When you submit information through our contact or job-application forms, you confirm that:
- the information you provide is accurate, current and complete, and you have the right to provide it (including any third-party personal data, such as references in a CV);
- you grant us a licence to use your submission to respond to you, evaluate your application and operate the Site;
- your submission is not confidential or proprietary unless we have agreed otherwise in writing, and we accept no unsolicited ideas, proposals or business concepts.
How we handle the personal data in your submissions is explained in our Privacy Policy.
8. Third-party links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or resources provided for your convenience. We do not control or endorse them and accept no responsibility for their content, products, services or privacy practices. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk.
9. Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, or that the information on it is accurate, complete or current. Any reliance you place on the information is at your own risk, and you should obtain professional advice before acting on it.
10. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Subject to the above, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Site. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Site is limited to £100. Because the Site is provided free of charge for information, these limits are reasonable.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against any losses, damages, costs and expenses we reasonably incur as a result of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or any unlawful or inaccurate information you submit.
12. Availability, changes and termination
We may change, suspend or withdraw all or any part of the Site, and may update these Terms, at any time. The current version applies whenever you use the Site, and continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms. We may also restrict or end your access to the Site if you breach these Terms or where we reasonably consider it necessary. Provisions intended to survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability and governing law — will continue to apply.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the Site, are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you use the Site as a consumer, nothing in these Terms deprives you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence.
14. General
- If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
- Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.
- These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, are the entire agreement between us regarding your use of the Site, and do not override any separate written agreement for our services.
- We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another organisation; you may not transfer yours without our written consent.
- A person who is not a party to these Terms has no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
